Dr. Mandell received his Master's Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1992.  He was awarded a Doctoral Degree in Counseling from Oregon State University in 1998.  He has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, and has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada since 1994.
